As part of this project, the Personal Assistant was developed — an intelligent assistant designed to support young people in managing anxiety and wellbeing, respecting the principles of ethics, privacy, transparency, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

WAI is funded by the Erasmus+ programme and coordinated by the Research Group on Intelligent Engineering and Computing for Advanced Innovation and Development (GECAD) of ISEP and by P.PORTO, and it counts on the collaboration of partners from various European countries with experience in the fields of education, health, psychology, and information technologies.

The project’s final dissemination event is an opportunity to present the main milestones achieved, including the application developed and the results of its evaluation in a real-world context, and also aims to reflect on the potential of AI in promoting health, particularly mental health, discussing the ethical, social, educational, and technological challenges associated with its use.
