Last week, Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP) welcomed a group of students on mobility from Rzeszow University of Technology, in Poland, for a visit focused on the theme “Digitalization and Sustainability: Shaping the Future of Industry”.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to experience classes in both classrooms and laboratories of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, covering a range of topics, including:

• Automation in the Context of Industry 4.0;
• MATERIALS IN COMPETITION - The importance of attributes definition in materials selection processes;
• Sustainable Composite Materials;
• From Digital Model to Physical 3D Printed Model;
• Continuous Improvement and Knowledge: Leveraging Student Internships for Value Creation.

This exchange aims to strengthen cooperation between the two higher education institutions, while also promoting the knowledge taught by ISEP faculty among the visiting students.
