In case of suspicion of Coronavirus contamination, students and staff should call +351 962391775 or connect via internal extension 1330. The call will be answered by the security officer which will initiate the internal protocol for this situation. Please stay calm and indicate your location.

• ISEP has a security service 24 hours a day. The security guards play a leading role in the event of suspected COVID-19, ensuring assistance at any time
• ISEP has a specific team to support suspected cases of COVID-19 trained in first aid and with abilities to provide the necessary support
• Building E will be used as an isolation area as it has a direct opening to the outside, which, in an emergency situation, do not require contact with other common spaces.

How to protect yourself?

• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water;
• When coughing or sneezing cover your mouth and nose with your forearm or use tissue papers and place them immediately in the bin;
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands;
• Clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment where you frequently touch.
