Based on the success of the previous editions, which attracted dozens of national and foreigner’s participants, the Maths Department from ISEP is promoting the “IV Workshop on Innovative Teaching Methodologies for Math Courses on Engineering”, on the next May 3rd, at H202, on ISEP.
This initiative is dedicated to the exchange of the best practices and experiences in teaching methodologies into Engineering courses. In this way, the main purpose is to understand the current pedagogical’ s conceptualisation and to rethink the practices used in nowadays. This event is related with the European project called DrIVE-MATH - Development of Innovative Mathematical Teaching Strategies in European Engineering Degrees.
Some of the relevant individuals that will take presence at the event are, for example: Professor Ana Breda (Universidade de Aveiro), the Professor José Carlos Quadrado (P. Porto), Ken Brown (Letterkeny Institute of Technology, na Irlanda), Lilla Korenova (Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Education, Slovakia), etc.
