Abstract

Transforming Students into Adaptive Thinkers

In a world defined by rapid change, universities must help students develop more than expertise — they need adaptability, collaboration, and intrinsic motivation. Yet higher education often remains structured for stability rather than agility.

In this workshop I will introduce eduScrum®, an agile learning framework that empowers students to take ownership of their learning while building essential skills for the future workplace. You’ll experience how agile principles can make university teaching more engaging, flexible, and collaborative.

By fostering autonomy and trust, eduScrum® encourages students to become self-directed learners who take responsibility for their growth. The result: deeper learning, stronger teamwork, and higher motivation.

The participants will have the opportunity to explore how agile methods can reshape learning environments in higher education — from lectures to project-based learning — preparing students to lead and adapt in an ever-changing world.
