If you require the receipt to include your University’s information, kindly provide those details when registering under the section labeled “BILLING INFORMATION.” In the absence of a VAT number for you or your University, simply input “123456789.”
DETAILS FOR PAYMENT
The registration fees will cover the following:
- Opening and closing ceremonies
- Coffee-breaks + closing ceremony banquet
- Conference bags
- Access to the conference floors
- Publication of 2 papers in the Book of Extended Abstracts (after peer review, with ISBN). For each additional paper (1 at most!), the authors must pay an extra 200Eur fee (see table above).
- REMARK: all bank transfer fees are due to the participants.
The MSc and PhD students are kindly asked to send a letter written by their advisor confirming that they are students.
