Europe

1. §. Any member wishing to propose a university as a new member for the network should send an introduction letter to all other members and include the introduction on the web site of the network.

2. §. Any university wishing to be included on the network can either contact a member of the network and ask to be proposed, or apply for membership on the web site of the network (download the letter of intent here). In order to be considered, the prospective university must offer a degree equivalent to at least the Bachelor level.

3. §. No more than 5 members from the same country of origin within the EU will be accepted on the network.

4. §. Any member who does not participate in the activities of the network (minimum annual meetings and contributions to the web site) for a consecutive period of 2 years will be excluded from the network without further notice.

5. §. Decisions about §1, §2, will be taken at the annual meeting of the network unless otherwise decided by the network. Decisions about §4, will be taken by the network irrespective of time.

Rest of World

6. §. Universities and institutions originating outside the EU may join the network and become “associate members”.

7. §. Any member wishing to propose a non-EU-university as a new associate member for the network should send an introduction letter to all EU-university members and includes the introduction on the web site of the network.

8. §. Any non-EU-university wishing to be included on the network can either contact a member of the network and ask to be proposed, or apply for associated membership on the web site of the network. In order to be considered, the prospective university must offer a degree equivalent to at least the Bachelor level.

9. §. No more than 5 associated members from the same country of origin outside the EU will be accepted on the network.

10. §. Any associate member who does not participate in the activities of the network (minimum contributions to the web site) for a consecutive period of 2 years will be excluded from the network without further notice.

11. §. Decisions about §6, §7 will be taken at the annual meeting of the network unless otherwise decided by the network. Decisions about §9, will be taken by the network irrespective of time.

12. §. Associate members are not allowed to attend annual meetings and do not possess constitutional rights.
