Hands-On: Design Sprint - From challenges to requirements to solutions
12-10-2021

Design Sprint is originally a five-day process developed by Google Ventures for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. It is a great mix of business strategy, innovation, and design thinking packaged into a battle-tested process that any team can use.

The Celfocus model is quite similar to the original process, however it has been adapted to a remote-first environment and some activities are done offline.

Celfocus has used Design Sprints for rapidly solving big challenges, creating new products, and improving existing ones. It compresses potentially months of work into a few days.

For the success of this session students should select a big challenge to tackle. One that all participants can feel as theirs, knowing the challenges and needs around that challenge.
