He holds and Industrial Engineer and Master degree and a Doctorate in Building Management at IESD in UK, and a PDG from the IESE business school. He has over 20 years’ experience as consultant, researcher and lecturer. He has lead FM strategic projects for some of the largest corporations at international level. Visiting lecturer in 18 universities of 9 countries has published over 100 papers, articles and reports.

Widely recognized coach and speaker, he has participated in events in 5 continents. David has been accredited expert in the European and International standardization processes of CEN and ISO projects in Asset and Facility Management. Past board member of EuroFM, and trustee of the international FM foundation, he is also member of the editorial board and advisor, for several organizations and publications in the FM field.
