Ricardo is the Head of Digital Transformation & Digital Asset Management @ Efacec Service Business Unit where he is responsible for the development of asset management solutions for the Energy sector, ensuring that the developed solutions add value to customers by reducing productivity losses and service costs. Ricardo has an extensive professional career mainly on software engineering and prior to Efacec has worked for major companies such as Sonae and Qimonda. Ricardo has a degree in computer sciences, and he is writing his PhD thesis in Informatics about process optimization and continuous improvement.
